What this website is

This website describes our services and lets qualified businesses apply for an assessment call. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, and we are not obliged to accept any application. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement.

Applications

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it, including the phone number and email address you enter. We review applications individually and may decline for any lawful reason.

Communications

By submitting an application you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by email, phone, or text message. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Results and the performance guarantee

Any figures, examples, or case descriptions on this website describe past work and are not a promise of future results. Business outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including your market, your team, your pricing, and your execution. Except as set out below, we do not guarantee any specific revenue, lead volume, or return.

We do offer a performance guarantee to shops that qualify for it. It is not automatic and it is not offered to every client. Where it applies, the specific terms — the revenue target, what counts toward it, how it is measured, when the period starts and ends, what each party must do, and how a refund is calculated and paid — are set out in a separate written agreement signed before any engagement begins. That signed agreement governs the guarantee in full. Nothing on this website creates a guarantee on its own, and no guarantee applies unless it is in your signed agreement.

The content, design, and materials on this website belong to Bayline Growth Inc.. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayline Growth Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bayline Growth Inc. is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
